Office Financial Policy
We file most insurances except Medicare and Tenncare. Dr.Cain is only in network with Delta Dental insurance, but we will work with your insurance company to maximize the out of network benefits you have available per your policy.
We offer the following financial options for our patients to pay for their treatment in our office:
- Cash
- Check
- Visa, Master Card or Discover, HSA/HFA
- Care Credit, or other outside financing from a bank, finance company, or institution cooperating with our office. Learn more and apply to CareCredit here.
- A 5% discountwill be given if total treatment is paid in full with Cash or Check prior to the day of treatment. You cannot utilize the 5% if you have Delta Dental due to our contractual provisions.
